Leonardo (Mark Caso), Donatello (Leif Tilden), Raphael (Kenn Scott), and Michelangelo (Michelan Sisti) are the teenage mutant ninja turtles. They were mutated by a mysterious ooze while living with their ninja master Splinter (Kevin Clash), a rat. While living with their friend April O’Neil (Paige Turco), they discover where the Ooze came from. It seems to be toxic waste dumped by a company that now seems to be causing exponential growth in flowers. Unfortunately, their arch nemesis Shredder (Francois Chau) also learns about the ooze. He uses the ooze on himself to become a stronger fighter called Super-Shredder. The four friends have to confirm once and for all that they are the stronger ninja fighters.
