In this new adventure by Disney, Tinkerbell (Mae Whitman) finds herself chosen for the honor of creating the fall specter. The specter holds the moonstone that when hit with the blue moon will restore pixie dust. Tinkerbell with the over eager help of her best friend Terrance (Jesse McCartney) works diligently on a tight schedule. Unfortunately Terrance’s over zealousness grinds on Tinkerbell’s nerves. And as she finishes the project the friends fight leading them to not speaking and the accidental shattering of the precious moonstone. Frantic Tinkerbell attends a theatre night to let Fairy Mary know of her disgrace when she hears a story giving her an idea. The tale is about a lost neverland treasure with the ability to grant wishes lost long ago and never found. But the rhyme about the treasure provides clues on how to find it and Tinkerbell intends to solve her problems by wishing for another moonstone. Setting off on an adventure to find the treasure to wish for the moonstone. Tinkerbell heads north to find adventure full of new creature and dangers. But she learns the meaning of friendship and that all she needed to solve her problems was right at home.
