Keung (Jackie Chan) came to New York City for his uncle’s (Bill Tung) wedding. He volunteers to watch the market his uncle runs while the newlyweds are on their honeymoon. Shortly after he settles in, Keung becomes friends with Danny (Morgan Lam), a neighbor kid. While protecting Danny and his sister Nancy (Francois Yip), he finds himself fighting neighborhood thugs in order to protect the locals. One of the thugs manages to get himself involved in some major criminal activity. When the cops fail to resolve the violence, Keung takes charge and uses his martial arts expertise to make the Bronx a better place for everyone.
